Winnie Tang Shuk-ming, an honorary professor at the University of Hong Kong's department of computer science, says the city should follow Copenhagen's example and build more cycle tracks.
She says the ongoing project to link Ma On Shan and Tuen Mun is a good start. Tang believes tracks could connect most districts.
