226 them to Dr Choi Yuk-lin, Under Secretary for
Education (third from left) and Dr Winnie Tang,
the writer of this book, and Founder and
Honorary President of Smart City Consortium
(second from left). It is a one-stop application
for the public to obtain real-time information
on public medical services, thus, alleviating
problems faced by an ageing population.

St. Anthony’s School won the Commendable
Smart City Project Award - Primary. The students
designed a smart home solution that uses the
internet of things, a mobile application and cloud
data collection to support remote care for new
born babies to ensure their safety.
