this e-learning software, young people can enhance

their problem solving ability, helping them to develop a
diversified potential. Close to 200 schools have participated
in the programme with over 1,000 teachers and students
having attended the training. Although this project is not

tailor-made for female students, their enthusiasm shown in
the projects and brilliant performance in the competitions
has convinced me that this software can really arouse their
interest in learning.

As the MiL programme continues to expand, I deeply hope
to inspire children and girls from all walks of life to think
about our future world. I am confident that we, together,

can build a brighter future for our smart city.
