Epilogue
In 2016, I published the book Surfing the IT World,
reviewing 20 years of turbulence in my entrepreneurship
and the evolution of technology.
In 2017, the second book Smart City 3.0 was released

to explain global problems and how the smart city helps
solving problems.
In 2019, I published this book Are You Future Ready? at a
time of uncertainty. When artificial intelligence, the internet
of things, and big data have become the key to driving
the world's development, how can people access quality
job opportunities in the new economy? How can we find
hope and adapt for the better when human jobs can be
replaced by automation? How can Hong Kong enhance its
competitiveness through collaboration with the cities of the
Greater Bay Area and other neighbouring cities?
