to absorb, retain and nurture millennials.

Apart from the newly emerged “gig work” in recent years,

working from home or flexible working hours has become
popular, I believe that this is also related to the millennial
generation.
According to a survey in the United Kingdom in 2018,
nearly 60% of adults do not like working nine to five, 37%
of them prefer working from 8 am to 4 pm, more than 40%
wish to have flexible working hours, such as compressing
their working hours to balance family commitments or
further study.
