Through the Past
Although they have stable work and attractive income
in large organisations, they have to manage competing
time demands from their own interests. Fortunately, their
bosses understand their aspirations, some even agree to
compress the working hours to four and a half days, so
that the employee can freely use Friday afternoons.
It is of course satisfying to get everything as wished for,
through this obtainment, the employee becomes more
loyal to the organisation.
